Apomorphine is contraindicated with 5-HT3 antagonists, including ondansetron. Do not add other ED medications. Possible side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back or muscle pain, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and fainting. Get immediate medical help for an erection lasting more than four hours, chest pain, or sudden vision or hearing loss. For chest pain after taking this medicine, seek emergency care and tell responders what you took; do not self-administer nitrates.
